Description
The Langtang Valley Trek – 16 Days / 15 Nights offers a stunning journey through the culturally rich and naturally diverse Langtang region of Nepal. This moderate trek is ideal for beginners and families, as it ascends gradually through rhododendron forests, charming Tamang villages, Buddhist monasteries, and spectacular Himalayan landscapes.
Trek Highlights
1. Cultural Richness
Experience Tamang and Buddhist culture firsthand in traditional mountain villages and ancient monasteries such as Kyanjin Gompa.
Visit Moni's stone walls and spinning prayer wheels on the trail.
2. Scenic Beauty
Pass through colorful rhododendron forests, yak pastures, and alpine meadows.
Enjoy fantastic views of Mt. Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Langshisha Ri, Naya Kang, and Charkuri.
3. Spiritual Sites
Visit the sacred Gosainkunda Lake and Temple, a pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists, surrounded by over a dozen holy lakes.
Climb Kyanjin Ri for a closer view of Langtang Glacier and snowcapped peaks.

4. Local Attractions
Discover the Sing Gompa Cheese Factory, Wild Yak Center, and scenic Trisuli River.
Trek near the Nepal–China border and pass by small alpine settlements and shepherd huts.
